ΣΗΜΕΡΑ ΤΡΩΜΕ - EAT TODAY - COMER HOY


SOMETHING TRADITIONAL
ΦΑΚΕΣ - LENTILS - LENTEJAS


INGREDIENTS

350 gr φακες -lintils - lentejas
σκορδο - garlic - ajo
1 κρεμμυδι - onion - cebolla
3 καροτα- - carrots - zanahorias
1 ντοματα - tomato puree - tomate pure
3 φυλλα δαφνης - bay leaves - hojas de laurel
αλατι - salt - sal
πιπερι - pepper - pimienta
ριγανη - oregano - oregano
ελαιολαδο - olive oil - oceite de oliva

HOW TO COOK
We have 3 liters water in a pot and we put lintils with onion after we cut it in little pieces,
garlic for taste (we don't cut it) , carrots in pieces too and we left them 15' minutes to boil.
After we put tomato puree,bay leaves and  salt , pepper, oregano as much as we like.
 Last but not least the olive oil (i put 150 ml) .
After 1 hour it's ready
