WE NEED
10 fresh figs cut in half
100 gr melted butter
50 gr brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 pinch carnation powder
250 gr cream cheese
1 gelatine sheet
250 gr fresh yoghurt 1,5 fat
50 gr castor sugar
HOW TO MAKE IT
FIGS
We put in a oven dish the figs and coat with melted butter.
Mix sugar with spices and sprinkle.
Preheat the oven at 210o C and bake for 7'.
Let it cool.
CREAM CHEESE MOUSSE
Mix castor sugar with half of cream cheese.
Melt gelatine in some warm water,but previously
have softened in cold water and mix with half cream cheese.
Add the rest cream cheese and yoghurt and mix.
Let it cool.
Serve with the figs.
