STUFFED GREEN BELL PEPPERS


WE NEED
500 gr green bell peppers
400 gr crumbled Feta cheese
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
100 ml olive oil
chopped parsley for garnis

HOW TO MAKE IT
Wash and clean the peppers.
Cut on the top.
Heat the egg and mix it with feta cheese,
add plack pepper.
With a teaspoon stuff the peppers with the mixture
and put them into a pirex.
Pour the oil, add 1/2 glass of water.
Preheat the oven at 180o C for 10'
Cook at 200o C for 35'
