PORK WITH HONEY & MUSTARD

A dish for friends who will come to watch the game together.
Should be festive and tasty.
Because after all good food is the reason for gathering.

WE NEED
1 kilo pork ( cut into pieces )
1 onion
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1tablespoon honey
juice from 1/2 lemon
salt
pepper
dry oregano
4 tablespoons olive oil

HOW TO MAKE
Into a nonstick pan we put the olive oil, the onion and the pork.
Saute for 10'.
Αdd mustard, honey, lemon juice and some water.
Cook for another 15'.
