SALAD WITH CARROT, ORANGE & CINNAMON DRESSING

WE NEED
2 oranges
500 gr carrots
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
salt
mint, for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT
Cut 1 orange into cubes.
Squeeze the second orange.
Peel the carrots and rub.
Mix the orange cubes with squeezed orange, rubed carrots, sugar and cinnamon.
Add salt for taste.
Put it in the fridge for 2 hours before serve.
