GRAPE JELLY & COTTAGE CHEESE


WE NEED
450 gr juice from white grape
225 gr white grapes halved pitted
3 gelatin sheets

350 gr cottage cheese
120 gr fresh milk 1,5% fat
2 gelatin sheets

HOW TO MAKE IT
For the gelly
Melt the gelatin sheets in some hot grape juice but previously
 softened in cold water.
Add and the rest juice and let it in the fridge until it starts coagulate.
After put the grapes into jelly mix and let it coagulate for good in the fridge.
We fill the 3/4 of the form with jelly.

For cottage jelly
Melt the gelatin sheets in some hot milk but previously
 softened in cold water.
Add the rest milk and mix with cottage.
We cover the grape gelly we have in the fridge.
We let it in the fridge.
