TORTELLINI WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE

WE NEED
500 gr tortellini
salt
180 gr mushrooms
1 small lemon
60 gr butter
320 ml sour cream
nutmeg
1 clove garlic, smashed
pepper
3 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan

HOW TO MAKE IT
Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute' the mushrooms for 2' on medium heat.
Add garlic, sour cream, lemon zest, nutmeg and pepper.
Mix with parmesan cheese and let the sauce boil for 3'.
Pour the pasta with the sauce and stir carefully.
