FUSILLI
500gr pasta
240gr tomato paste
50gr fresh butter
300ml sour cream
200gr feta cheese
4 slices Edam cheese
2 eggs
salt
pepper
oregano
fresh parsley
HOW TO MAKE IT
We boil pasta for 8'.
We melt the butter in a pan + tomato paste + salt, pepper, oregano and cook for 3'.
We mix pasta with tomato sauce and apply to the pyrex.
We cut the feta cheese into pieces and with parsley we put them over the pasta.
After we heat the eggs and pour them over.
At the end we pour the sour cream over the pasta.
We cover with Edam cheese slices.
Preheat the oven at 200oC for 10'
Bake for 20'
