WE NEED
250gr flour
2 spoons baking powder
1/2 spoon baking soda
1/2 spoon salt
150 gr mozzarella
1 green bell pepper ( cut into pieces)
40 gr parmesan
1 egg
60 ml sunflower oil
150 gr yogurt
100 gr tomato paste
garlic
1 onion
HOW TO MAKE IT
We cut the mozzarella into small cubes and mix it with the bell pepper,
the parmesan and the flour.
In a second bowl we mix the eggs with the oil, the yogurt, the tomato paste,
the onion and the garlic.
At the end we mix everything together and put the mixture in paper forms.
Preaheat the oven at 175o C for 10'
Bake for 20'
