WASH THE LEAVES
BOILED THE LEAVES ( time depends from how hard or soft they are)
apply some boiled leaves to cover the bottom of pan
THE FILLING
rice ( 1 small spoon for every leave)
Fresh green onions cut in small pieces
fresh dill, fresh parsley, dry mint
salt
olive oil
Put them in circle
boiled water with 2 spoons lemon juice as you cover them
and olive
you place a plate on top to avoid unfolding during boiling
You cook for approx. 60 min. on medium heat.
