WE NEED
600 ml warm water ( not boiled)
15gr dried yeast
1 spoon salt
2 spoons olive oil
1kilo flour
HOW TO MAKE IT
We mix all together
we mush until we have a pastry soft ball
we cover and left in a warm place for 1 hour
we separate in two balls
wet our hands with water and put the pastry at the forms
Preheat the oven at 190 C for 10'
We bake for 55'
