WALNUT PIE


WE NEED

250 gr walnuts
250 gr grated rusk
250 gr brown sugar
175 gr flour
6 eggs
1 spoon baking powder
1 spoon cinnamon

FOR THE SYRUP

2 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups water

HOW TO MAKE IT

It's so simple, we mix everything together.
We preheat the oven at 180o C for 10'
bake for 30'

We let the walnut pie to cool dawn and we start to boil the syrup.
We boiled for 7'- 10'

We pour the hot syrup over the walnut pie and let it for 2 hours at least.
